Basically, you don’t need to take your foot off the gas pedal to upshift. Just work the clutch normally while you keep your right foot planted.
I’m genuinely not sure how I feel about this.

I had it in my ST, never really used it though. I wasn’t sure if it was good for the car or not.

I’ve got it in my WRX from the Accessport too. 2-3 seems ok to use very occasionally, 3-4 would be somewhere around 80 and I only did 1-2 once as that strains the motor/ trans mounts to their limit and you hear something strike the frame...
